Trigg T. Davis is the principal of the firm. Trigg is a graduate of Stanford Law School where he was the editor of the Journal of International Studies. 
He was a law clerk to the Chief Justice of the Alaska Supreme Court and has been in private practice since 1972.

Trigg Davis has served on and currently chairs the Supreme Court of Alaska Standing Advisory Committee on Rules. He has served on the Committee of Bar Examiners. He has served on and chaired the Alaska Bar Association Probate Committee. He is listed in the Who’s Who in American Law and is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC). Trigg’s practice focuses on estate planning, probate, and general business matters. He also works as a mediator in the same areas of practice.

C. James "Jamie" Mathis, Attorney 

James Mathis Attorney at Law
Jamie was born in Anchorage, Alaska. He obtained his undergraduate degree from Cornell University and he is a 1984 graduate of the University of Colorado School of Law, in Boulder. Jamie joined the firm in 1996 and for a brief time in 2003-2004 worked as a Land Use Attorney for the Municipality of Anchorage Department of Law. 
Jamie’s areas of practice include real estate, probate, estate planning, municipal law, partnerships, corporate law and business formation. His real estate practice includes residential and commercial transactions, zoning and land use, easements, leases, subdivisions and foreclosures. He is a member of the Real Estate and Probate Sections of the Alaska Bar Association.

Jamie’s interests include music, backcountry and cross country skiing, climbing and hiking.

Reported Cases: In re Estate of Kottke, 6 P.3d 243 (Alaska 2000); Enders v. Parker, 66 P.3d 11 (Alaska 2003); Enders v. Parker, 125 P.3d 1027 (Alaska 2005).

Candy bagoy, paralegal & office administrator

Candy Bagoy Paralegal
Candy Bagoy, a lifelong Alaskan, is a graduate of the University of Washington with a degree in Speech. 
She started work with the firm in January of 1990 as a part time bookkeeper, and then become the office manager. She has been a court-appointed personal representative for several estates and started working on probates for the office. As a paralegal, Candy handles all the probate files in the office as well as preparing federal death tax returns.

Candy is currently serving as a public member to the Alaska Bar Disciplinary Committee.
